¿Por qué evitar el "glutamato monosódico"?...Why avoing the consumption of "monosodium glutamate"?

One of the worst eating habits is the consumption of precooked food.

monosodium-glutamateAmong the many chemical additives in our food, we can find the monosodium glutamate (MSG). Monosodium Glutamate is an essential aminoacid for the organism, which is involved in different neuroendocrine functions; one of it is to regulate appetite and satiety sensations.

MSG, according to animal tests, can produce a voracious appetite sensation (particularly 40% higher) and this implies that when we eat foods that contain it (snacks, sausages, chips, snacks, etc.) we have the feeling of failing to stop. This aspect may promote obesity as we talk about high in fat foods and calories, according to research conducted at the Complutense University of Madrid.

Although several government agencies have declared the GMS or E-621 as safe, increasing the greed that causes is also related to the increase in obesity in the population.

In recent years, we are experiencing a boom in terms of non-caloric sweeteners. But do we really know what we eat? As usual, in FittingRoom4men, we analyze the disadvantages of some sweeteners healthier than we thought.

1. The aspartame or E951

It is present in most known products such as dietary cookies, ice cream, yogurt and certain others. But studies indicate that consumption could be causing or worsening of various diseases, headaches and migraines, depression, severe mood swings, memory loss, balance disorders, aggressive behavior, disorientation, hyperactivity, excitability, changes in vision, panic attacks, seizures, sleep disorders and insomnia and even higher incidence of Alzheimer's disease. Although this would require a fairly regular excessive consumption.

2. Sucralose or E955

sugarIt has a very potent sweetening power. To give you an idea, sweetens 600 times more than ordinary sugar. It is also very present in everyday and industrial products. Although quantity, labeling, never specified. Not know what is not absorbed in the intestine their presence can change the intestinal flora and pH, leading to the appearance of gastrointestinal problems with continued use.

3. Fructose

You probably also know him as the "fruit sugar" because it is a monosaccharide present in fruits, vegetables and honey. Sold in its industrial form and has a very low glycemic index. But beware, no longer a slow sugar absorption. Their use in large amounts can alter not only sugar metabolism and fat metabolism to be responsible for increased cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

According to a study published in the journal Heart, an excessive exercise hurts your heart, it means, those 30 years old people who do exercise intensely for more than five hours a week are 19% more susceptible to develop a heart-disease.

It is positive to do physical exercise but doing it disproportionately generates sleep disorders and behavioral problems.

Doing high intensity exercise makes your heart beat irregularly, depending on the kind of exercise, which alters blood flow and increases the risk of stroke.

Researchers note that high intensity exercise unchecked, increases the risk of death from a heart attack or stroke, so it is recommended to do high intensity activities only two or four days a week, alternating with active rests and/or moderate exercise.
