Con la cámara estropeada, llevo unas semanas sin actualizar esta sección, pero mientras las cuatro a seis semanas, pasan, tratare de hacer lo que mejor se pueda con el teléfono móvil.

Es hora de sacar los tobillos al sol y dar un paseo, así que vamos a saludar a los patos del estanque, Luis.

Look de turisteo

En algún lugar, hay buen clima y Jaime Lorenzo lo sabe.

Pese a que en Europa y en el norte de América estamos, con días lluviosos, fríos, nieve y demás características del invierno, en algún lugar del mundo, el sol brilla y la gente se divierte en las piscinas o directamente frente  a las olas del mar. Este es el caso de Jaime, un chico, que dejo California por los espectaculares escenarios de Playa del Carmen, en México. 

Siendo honestos, mas de uno cogería la maleta y cambiaría los abrigos, por bañadores y gafas, sin siquiera pensarlo. Playa del Carmen que además es un sitio maravilloso, con gente fantástica, es de los lugares del mundo, a los que mas cariño le tengo y esta marcado como pendiente volver. Por eso Jaime, combina sus aficiones de canto, baile y danza, con buenos momentos con los colegas y su hermano gemelo.

Su estilo esta plagado de color, de prendas frescas, de gafas de sol y de gorras y sombreros, que reflejan su personalidad joven, sin limitaciones, siempre en tendencia.

Como buen "fashion lover" lleva un fedora de Pacsun, una pieza que se ha visto muy fuerte esta temporada y que él, acopla a un estilo mas de playa.

El pantalón corto es de H&M, en color negro con jareta fontal y bolsillos en los costados. Lo que nos demuestra que este tipo de prenda no es solo para el momento "chill" en casa o para machacarse en el gym.

La camiseta es Pull and Bear, una declaración de momentos tropicales, propios del caribe mexicano, divide en barras horizontales, el estampado de la camisa, con barras en color negro, para suavizar el estampado. Jaime la lleva por dentro, un toque mas de personalidad.

Las gafas de sol, también de Pull and Bear, son un básico de los momentos o la vida de playa. De cristal oscuro y patillas finas, es un complemento del que no puedes prescindir en esta locación.

Por ultimo, las pulseras, otro accesorio que ha ganado mucho terreno en el mercado masculino, son de H&M, son esa compra de último momento en la caja de la tienda, pero que aportan mucho a un look.

While in Europe and North America we are, with rain, cold, snow and other characteristics of winter, somewhere in the world, days the sun shines and people have fun in the pools or directly facing waves sea. This is the case of Jaime, a boy, who left California for the spectacular scenery of Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

To be honest, I would take more than one suitcase and change their coats, swimsuits and goggles by without even thinking. Playa del Carmen is also a wonderful place with wonderful people, is part of the world, which I have more affection to him and is marked as pending return. So Jaime combines his hobbies of singing, dancing and dance, with good moments with colleagues and his twin brother.

His style is fraught with color, fresh clothes, sunglasses and hats and caps, which reflect his young personality without limitation always in trend.

As a good "fashion lover" is wearing a fedora by Pacsun, a piece that has been very strong this season and that he, coupled to a style more beach.

Balmain x H&M

La colección mas esperada de la temporada no para de hacerse eco, ayer por la noche se presento en N.Y. y por #Periscope la colaboración de la casa Balmain a H&M de mano de su director creativo Oliver Rousting. Los mas afortunados estuvieron en el front row de esta magnifica pasarela, pero para compartirlo con todo el mundo, H&M compartió también el evento "on live" desde su cuenta en esta plataforma de video social, que particularmente me esta dejando boquiabierto.

Aunque las piezas no estarán disponibles si no hasta el próximo noviembre 5, (día que tienes que marcar en el calendario), aquí dejo cuatro piezas que me han fascinado. La colección esta compuesta por algo mas de cien diseños (en su mayoría, prendas de mujer). De esta manera H&M continua con su tradición desde hace once años, de invitar a un diseñador a participar de la cadena de moda "low cost". Cierto es que esta es de las participaciones mas caras de la marca sueca, las prendas van desde los 14.99€ hasta 499€ en una chaqueta bordada.

La linea masculina esta marcada por un toque militar y por la excéntrica y sofisticada esencia del Sr. Rousting. Abajo encontraras también el video de periscope, por si quieres ver el evento completo y decidir cuales son tus prendas favoritas.

The most awaited collection of the season does not stop echoing, last night was presented in NY #Periscope and the collaboration of the Balmain house H & M labor creative director Oliver rousting. Salió mi bomber de paseo

Me fascina la textura que aporta la piedra, tiene tantas variedades, cada una cuenta una historia, cada una a sido parte de un proceso, nos cuenta de donde viene y su apariencia es consecuencia de muchos años, tal vez cientos. La canción decía, "las piedras, rodando se encuentran" y es muy probable que sea verdad y que algún día como piedras, con historia y después de tanto tiempo, con otras piedras nos volvamos a encontrar.

Estamos entrando al otoño y ha sido la escusa perfecta para sacar mi “bomber”, una pieza que seguirá muy fuerte este año, esta la tengo desde el año pasado. Aunque haya quien piense que un sillón de la casa de la abuela tuvo que morir, para dar vida a mi chaqueta, es una compañera perfecto en este cambio de temporadas. Luis.

I love the texture that gives the stone, has many varieties, each one tells a story, each in been part of a process, tells where it comes from and its appearance is the result of many years, perhaps hundreds. The song says, "the stones, rolling they find" and is very likely to be true, and someday as stones, history and after all this time, with other stones we meet again.

We are entering the fall and it was the perfect excuse to take out my "bomber", a piece that will continue very strong this year, I had this since last year. Even when someone may think that a Grandma couch had to die, to give life to my jacket, it is a perfect partner in this change of seasons. Luis.

Slippers en la Catedral de Palma

Las vacaciones en Mallorca, no solo fueron para disfrutar de las calas y las playas, también hubo una escala cultural, dedicada a ver el centro Palma y la catedral fue una parada obligada en este punto. Tengo un especial agrado por las grandes edificaciones, sobre todo, las que se hicieron hace tantos años y esta que tuvo la colaboración de Gaudí, me ha resultado en extremo fascinante.

My last holidays in Mallorca, wasn´t only to enjoy the coves and beaches, there was also a cultural chance, dedicated to see the downtown of Palma, and the cathedral was a "must to visit" at this point. I have a special appreciation for the great buildings, especially those, made so many years ago, and this that had a cooperation of Gaudí, I found it extremely fascinating.

 



 



 



 



 



 

Nathan, a british men by Pellicano Menswear

Esta semana, recibimos una visita desde Reino Unido y conocemos el estilo de un típico caballero inglés. Nathan Lewis; nos muestra desde su blog, moda y estilo de vida para los "Caballeros Modernos". Ubicado en Londres, es una referencia del buen vestir, del estilo clásico, que aporta en sus looks un toque de elegancia con piezas siempre bien seleccionadas.

Con un look pensado para triunfar en la ciudad de las mil caras, esta pensado para viajes cortos de negocios, o salir del gym y llegar a una reunion con un estilo impecable.

Nathan lleva un traje de chaqueta de H&M en un "navy blue" y cuadros, de dos piezas, sobre una camisa blanca, estilo "Marcelo" de corte ajustado, que pertenece a Pellicano.

Los accesorios que complementan este sofisticado look; broche para chaqueta, con forma de flor, en suaves tonos de bronce y arena de Harrison Blake, que junta acertadamente con una corbata tejida, finalizada en corte recto, en color bronce, también es de la colección de Pellicano. El pañuelo de bolsillo, en color azul tiene un "print" de flores, perfecto para esta estación, es de Dancys. Por ultimo el bolso de viaje esta fabricado en cuero italiano, de alta calidad, lo firma Davidoff.

Su look, muestra por que el estilo italiano, siempre es una referencia y por que es de mis favoritos, son justo esas piezas las que determinan la sofisticación de todo el conjunto.

This week, we received a visit from the UK and know the style of a typical English gentleman. Nathan Lewis; he shows us from his blog, fashion and lifestyle for "Modern Gentleman . Located in London, is a reference of good clothing and classic style, he provides, with his looks a touch of elegance, always with well selected pieces.

With a look designed for succeed in the city of a thousand faces, I is thought-out for short business trips or leaving the gym and get to a meeting with an impeccable style.

La playa es uno de mis escenarios preferidos; soy muy fan de ponerme moreno (si, puedo ponerme mas moreno), me trae siempre muy buenos recuerdos y creo que es de los sitios donde podemos estar mas cómodos. La playa no es una excusa para olvidarnos del estilo y hoy, os he preparado dos looks para conquistar agua y arena.

Soy mas de camisas veraniegas o polos en la playa, dan un toque mas casual y se llevan muy bien con los bañadores. Este año deje de lado las gorras para usar sombrero, fue un regalo de uno de mis tíos en Mexico, es de algodón natural, rígido y me encanta!. Espero que os guste! it´s beach time guys !! Luis.

The beach is one of my favorite scenes; I´m tan fan (yes, I can get more tan), always brings me good memories and I think, is one of the places where we can be more comfortables. But the beach is not an excuse to forget the style,and today, I have prepared two looks to conquer water and sand.

I´m more of summer shirts or polo´s on the beach, give us a touch more casual and match very well with swimsuit. This year set aside caps for use a hat, this was a gift from one of my uncles in Mexico, it´s made of natural, rigid  cotton and love it !. I hope you like it! it's beach time guys !! Luis.

De negro en primavera.

Tanto he insistido en los colores con la llegada de la nueva temporada, que el clima parece quererme dar una lección y las nubes y las lluvias siguen siendo invitadas ocasionales, así que para dar batalla os dejo un look; mucho mas urbano, que lo que les he presentado hasta ahora, de colores oscuros pero aplicable al buen tiempo, que yo creo que hay que adaptarse y estar a punto de acuerdo cada ocasión.
