No se si te he contado que de mi vena deportista, donde mejor lo paso es en la piscina, me deja concentrarme, despejar la mente y me viene que ni pintado para la postura y los dolores de la espalda. Pero tiene dos desventajas, se pillan muchas cosas por que es un ambiente húmedo y el tratamiento del agua es bastante jodido para la piel. Así que te dejo unas recomendaciones si te quieres apuntar a hacer unos largos. 

• Sandalias, son súper indispensables, para los tránsitos desde el vestuario a la piscina y para la ducha. Busca algunas que no resbalen 

• Al terminar tu sesión, una ducha retirara los restos de químicos del agua. Pilla un gel de ducha neutro. 


• Al secarte, asegúrate de estar totalmente seco antes de vestirte, la humedad es el hogar perfecto para hongos y bacterias. Yo prefiero usar toallas de microfibra, absorben y no requieren mucho espacio. 


• Consiente tu piel con body mil después del entrenamiento, evita resequedad y aporta un tono mas lozano. Un hidratante es perfecto. 


• Una vez a la semana utiliza alguna mascarilla o aceite para nutrir el cabello. Yo soy muy del aceite de jojoba.  


• Después de darlo todo, busca alguna fuente de proteína y carbohidratos, que ayude a tus músculos a repararse y te aporte energía para continuar.  

Listo para disfrutar de uno de los mejores deportes? si ademas lo haces en una piscina abierta, ganas color, no te lo pienses mas y "al agua patos", que vaya bien, Luis.

Hace unas semanas, mi maquinilla decidió pasar a mejor vida y después de muchos años de uso, un buen día simplemente ya no encendió. Así que me puse a la caza de una sustituta y después de hacer una ardua búsqueda, termine pillando un Multigroom de la serie 3000 de Philips. 

Mira que hay maquinillas, de todos los precios, colores, tamaños y con distintas funciones. Pero yo que no fui bendecido con una barba de vikingo, quería un buen producto, a un buen precio que tuviera buenas prestaciones y la que paso con nota alta, fue esta.

Recorta barba y pelo de todo el cuerpo (ojo, recorta no afeita, para eso hay otro accesorio y otro producto), con peines regulables para barba y pelo que te dan opción a probar con distintos estilos, los peines de barba van de 1-18 mm y el de pelo de 3-20mm. Viene con cuatro cabezales, uno para corte, otro para afeitado de zonas pequeñas, uno para definir lineas de la barba, bigote o la parte trasera de la cabeza y un recortador del bello de la nariz. 

Una de sus grandes ventajas es que se puede meter al agua (obviamente no enchufada al cable de corriente), lo que hace su limpieza y uso súper fácil. La batería; una vez cargada aguanta hasta una hora de uso y si no te es suficiente, la enchufas y sigue trabajando.

Por la puerta entró la fecha de hacer reformas en casa y por la ventana el calor de mas de cuarenta grados, así que estos últimos días he estado muy desaparecido en el blog y hasta en instagram. Pero es que entre las nubes de polvo y que todo estaba patas arriba, no conseguía un momento para ordenar mis ideas, abrir el mac y actualizar con alguna entrada nueva. 

Debo admitir que tampoco me sentía con el "mood", para hablar de algo, pero a punto de cumplir un año mas con el blog, creo que no es momento de tirar la toalla. Cierto es que por mi cabeza pasa cambiar de dominio, darle un nuevo aire e incluso una nueva cara, pero ya se verá. Por pronto son días de hacer planes con los amigos, de disfrutar el sol, la playa y las noches de fiesta en todo su esplendor!.

Es el momento de enfundarse el bañador, las sandalias, los sombreros panameños, las camisas de lino, coger un mojito a una mano, de restregar los pies en la playa, de ver como cae el sol y se pierde en el infinito. Como van esas rebajas? has encontrado todo lo que buscabas? Yo te puedo decir que me veo por el momento muy satisfecho, ya después te enseñare lo que he pillado. Estoy a la caza y captura de un pantalón blanco por que el mío tuve que jubilarlo, no me cierro a alguna super oferta, pero creo que ya tengo mas de lo que necesitaba en esta temporada. 

Hablando del verano, como van esas vacaciones? es una pasada tener tantas horas de sol y junto a la piscina o en la playa lo es aun mas. No todos tenemos todo el verano libre, pero aun así, la idea de poder disfrutar de las terrazas me pone de muy buen humor, pasar por las tiendas a primera hora y hacer millones de actividades, salir con los amigos, tomarse algo fresquito. La mala noticia es que este verano en Sevilla esta siendo mas bien un "hijo de ..." no recuerdo tanto calor en algunos años, tenemos los termómetros en mas de cuarenta grados todos los días, así que si un día vez una mancha tono bronceado en el asfalto, probablemente sea yo, que me he derretido.

Por cierto, recuerda tener cuidado con las horas de sol, aun sin estar en la playa la protección es importante un filtro de 15 te ayudara a no arriesgar la piel, opta también por los sombreros de paja, son un hit esta temporada, complementan mucho el estilo veraniego y cubren la cabeza y la cara de las altas temperaturas.
