No es momento de flaquear

Con todo lo que has sufrido durante el año, para perder esa barriga cervecera y cambiarla por un six-pack, este no es el momento de dejar por la borda todos esos esfuerzos, aprieta un poco mas y hazte una buena sesión de golpes al saco, es un ejercicio de cardio estupendo, que ayuda a terminar de definir esos músculos. Aventura urbana

Como cada semana, llega el #WhatToWear y esta semana, la propuesta es para vivir una aventura en la urbe, donde sea que te encuentres, calza unas deportivas cómodas, ponte los pantalones y a conocer tu ciudad. Explora nuevos rincones, vuélvete un turista y entra a esos sitios donde jamas has estado. Conoce gente nuevas, haz amigos y celebra la vida.

La pieza central, unos pantalones cortos, con efecto color, mezcla algodón, viscosa y elastano. Los pantanales que dicen "no me importa", perfectos para las tardes de primavera verano, las terrazas y la playa!.

En la parte superior, a contraste una camiseta de color verde esmeralda, de punto jersey y cuello redondo. Si refresca, una sudadera, que siguen muy fuertes esta temporada, también de cuello redondo, en rosa seco, con estampado frontal.

El calzado; en gris, de ajuste por cordones y suela de goma, cobra cada vez mas protagonismo y es aceptado es mas sitios, sin considerarlo informal.

De accesorios; gafas de sol, efecto hielo, con patillas intercambiables, otro básico de buen precio de verano. Un colgante de plata en forma de llave es un signo identificativo y personal. Agrego una pulsera de "pace and love", también en plata.

Complementa tu look con una fragancia fresca, que recuerde el agua, un aroma masculino y elegante.

As every week, the #WhatToWear arrives, and this week the proposal is for an adventure in the city, wherever you are, go for a comfortable sports shoes, put your pants on and get to know your city. Explore new places, become a tourist and go to those places where you've never been. Meet new, people make friends and celebrate life.

The centerpiece, shorts, colored effect, is a blends of cotton , viscose and elastane. The marshlands that say "do not care", perfect for summer spring evenings, the terraces and the beach !.

At the top, to contrast a T-shirt emerald green color, knitted jersey effect and round neck. If wetter refresh, a sweatshirt, following very strong this season, also round neck, dry rose tone, with front print.

Footwear; gray, adjustment laces and rubber sole, is gaining more prominence and is accepted is more sites, without considering casual.

Accessories; sunglasses, ice effect, with interchangeable pins, another staple of summer whit good price. A silver pendant shaped key is a personal identification sign. Add a bracelet "pace and love", also in silver.

Para entrenar

El buen Tom Daley, dice que "los cuerpos de verano se forman en invierno" así que para irnos preparando y no perder la buena condición que logramos este verano, para darlo todo en la playa, lo mejor es no deshacernos de la costumbre y ser constante en el gimnasio. Algunos me han dicho, que pasan ya de los pantalones cortos, supongo que como yo no m afeito las piernas, es algo que no m afecta, pero los mas "metro", quieren descansar ya de esa tarea. Así que esta semana nos ponemos deportivos en el #WhatToWear.

La pieza central; el pantalon de deporte, es de corte normal, tiene el tiro muy caído, así que es cómodo para cualquier movimiento, tiene cintura elástica y es de algodón, en gris jaspeado.

Mi pieza favorita; las deportivas retro, son una edición del modelo 574 y este tono de azul, me fascina!, la suela es de espuma antibacteriana y el exterior es de cuero. Buen ajuste y sujeción al suelo.

Para mantener la transpiración a raya, la camiseta es de la linea Perfomance RESPONSE, de secado rápido y con reflectores, es un modelo son mangas y de cuello redondo, de lo mas cómodo para entrenar. Para tener todo en sus sitio, los slips son de fibra modal y elastano, que si no la conocéis, tenéis que probarla, es super cómoda y fresca.

De accesorios; la bolsa de deporte, es un imprescindible para ir a entrenar, esta fabricada en textil, lo que nos garantiza una larga durabilidad, tiene asas y correa, tiene un bolsillo exterior y cierre de cremallera. El reloj tiene cronometro y correa de caucho en color blanco. Las muñequeras nos ayudan a mantener la sudoración a raya y continuar con el entrenamiento sin tantas pausas. Y depuse de una ducha, nada mejor que una buena fragancia.

Pues ya sabeis, el gimnasio no perdona, así que no perder el estilo incluso levantando pesas. Que vaya bien, Luis.







 

The good boy Tom Daley says that "the summer bodies are built in winter", so for preparing ourselves and not lose the good condition that we get this summer, to give everything on the beach, the best is not lose the habit and be constant in the gym. Somebody told me, guys is letting shorts pants, I guess is not my case, because I dpn´t shave my legs, is something that affects more to the "metro-guys", they want to relax and forget that task. So this week we wear sporty for the #WhatToWear.

The centerpiece; the sport pants is regular cut, has fallen relly down, so it´s comfortable for any movement, has elastic waist and is made in cotton, in heather gray.

My favorite piece; retro snekers, is a new version of model 574, plus, this shade of blue, it´s drive me crazy !, the sole is antibacterial foam and outside is made of leather. Good fit and support to the ground.

To keep sweat under control, the shirt is from the collection Perfomance RESPONSE, quick-drying and has reflectors, this model are sleeves and round neck, as comfortable to train. To have everything in it´s place, the slips are made by modal and spandex fiber, if you´ve never tryed, you have to!!, it's super comfortable and cool.

Accessories; sports bag is a must to go training, is made of textile, which guarantees a long life, has handles and strap, has an outside pocket and zipper. The watch has timer and rubber strap in white color. Wristbands help us to dry our face and continue training without many pauses. And after a shower, nothing better than a good fragrance.

Amarillo mas cuadros

Esta mañana me he despertado con "Yellow submarine" en la cabeza y con eso me inspirado para el look de hoy. Ya la tarde de ayer fue soleada en Sevilla y según las previsiones esperamos mas días así, para el resto de la semana, pensemos en positivo y llenemos de color nuestras vidas.

Para el look de hoy; vaqueros negros de corte slim, una camisa muy masculina de cuadros, también en negro. El jersey que da color, amarillo, de cuello redondo y con detalle en el hombro, aporta volumen y hará que el cuello de la camisa luzca como un detalle de diseño.

Los complementos; deportivas casuales, que repiten el amarillo y el negro y que son muy cómodas, un reloj de estilo desenfadado y deportivo os hará el lunes mas llevadero. Una bandolera en negro es perfecta para la oficina o la universidad, es de lo mas practica y un complemento genial para no olvidar nada en casa.

This morning I woke up with "Yellow Submarine" in the head and that inspired my look for today. Since yesterday afternoon was sunny in Seville and we expect more sunny days, for the rest of the week, so think positive and fill color our lives.

For the look of today I chose; slim fit black jeans, a plaid shirt male, also in black. The jersey that brings color, is yellow, round collar and shoulder detail, adds volume and make the  shirt collar looks like a design detail.

Accesories; sneakers, repeating yellow and black, are very comfortable, casual and sporty style, this watch will make you more bearable Monday. A black shoulder bag is perfect for the office or college, is the most practical and great complement to not forget anything at home.
