Devora la vida con Killing Weekend

Me encanta descubrir nuevas marcas y apostar por nuevos talentos, por eso quiero, compartir con vosotros la propuesta de Killing Weekend, son una marca joven, unos locos de la vida, un par de niños en cuerpos de adultos que buscan disfrutar cada segundo y quieren transmitir ese concepto en sus piezas.

Con ganas de arrancarnos las capas que usamos en invierno, es hora de sacar los brazos al sol y subirse al patinete, Killing Weekend nos ofrece con una actitud desenfadada, pero con mucha personalidad, prendas cómodas, con mensajes estampados y diseños frescos para la selva urbana.

Para que os integréis a su concepto de vida, os avanzo lo que nos tienen preparado para este S/S2015.

La primera; de cuello redondo, hecha en algodón 100%, es lisa por la parte frontal y con un estampado floral que nos lleva a climas tropicales, fácil de llevar y excelente para el día a día.

I love discovering new brands and invest in new talent, so I want to share with you the proposal of Killing Weekend, is a young brand, a crazy guys for thr life, a couple of children in adult bodies, looking to enjoy every second and want convey this concept in their pieces.

Eager to tear the layers we use in winter, it's time to take out arms to the sun and jump on the scooter, Killing Weekend provides us with a carefree attitude, but with personality, comfortable clothing with printed messages and cool designs to the urban jungle.

In orer to integrate his concept of life, I show you, what Killing Weekend has prepared for us this S/S2015.

The first; round neck, made of 100% cotton is clean on the front and with a floral pattern that leads to tropical climates in the back, easy to wear and great for everyday.

La segunda; de color negro, viene mejor para salir por la noche, su diseño en la parte posterior, es una linea de formas y siluetas que parecen bailar sobre la espalda, también esta fabricada en algodón 100%, de cuello redondo y lisa en el frontal.

The second; black color, is best for nightlife, its design on the back, is a line of shapes and silhouettes that seem to dance over your shoulders, also is made of 100% cotton, clear in the front and round neck.

 

Para cerrar, me paso a las mangas largas, que por la noche siempre refresca, esta, de color negro también, tiene mangas en contraste, que evocan los degradados de color de los años 60´s.

To close, I switch to the long sleeves, because by night always freshen, this, in black color too, has contrast sleeves, evoking the color gradients of the 60's.

The bussines man

Una de mis normas de vida es, "Viste para el puesto que quieres, no para el que tienes", es por ello que os dejo el look perfecto para cerrar negocios, acudir a reuniones y estar perfecto en cualquier situación de trabajo.

Un traje de chaqueta en azul solido, sera perfecto para muchas ocasiones, sobre una camisa pulcra y blanca. El contraste lo pone el pañuelo de color rojo brillante en seda.

Los zapatos y el bolso de trabajo son de cuero, en marrón, símbolo de elegancia y buen vestir. Los detalles que os brindaran identidad; reloj y gemelos, ambos en tonos de acero pulido y con detalles en azul para concordar con el traje de chaqueta.

One of my rules of life is, "Dress for the job you want, not  for the job you have", that is why I leave the perfect look to close business, attend meetings and be perfect in any work situation.

A tailored suit in solid blue, will be perfect for many occasions, a neat white shirt. The contrast makes it the bright red hanky in silk.

Decir adiós al invierno

No podía dejar que se terminara el invierno sin mostraros el abrigo de este año, lo compre a la vuelta de mis vacaciones, cada año me consiento, añadiendo uno mas a la colección, es mi prenda fetiche.

En algunos rincones, el frío aun sigue siendo un asunto de todos los días, pero en España, el sol cobra mas protagonismo y mi abrigo de tartan entrará al vestidor con pocas oportunidades de salir.

I couldn´t let finish winter season  without show you my coat of this year, buy it when I come back to my vacation, I conset my self per year, adding one more to the collection, is my fetish garment.

In some places, cold days remains a matter of every day, but in Spain, the sun is a main character, and my tartan coat  will come in to the dressing room, with a few opportunities to come out.

Tres pares de Paruno

Estando aun en tierras mexicanas he conocido de nuevo el amor, una nueva marca de zapatos me ha dejado con la boca abierta y las esperanzas puestas en las marcas mexicanas.

Paruno, una marca que ve su origen en León, tierra de gran experiencia en el calzado y el cuero, presenta modelos muy masculinos, totalmente actuales y de grandes calidades.

Combinan diseños vanguardistas con una mentalidad urbana y cómoda y se alzan como una empresa con valores, que entiende la moda como un reflejo de la personalidad y busca fundir cuerpo y alma.

He tenido oportunidad de pasarme por una boutique en la colonia Condesa en D.F. y lo mejor he podido ver los avances de la colección primavera verano que tiene ya preparada para este año, os dejo mi selección y espero que como a mi, os dejen sin palabras.

Los primeros; de la colección "Reflexion", de lineas básicas, son elegantes por su naturaleza sencilla y pulcra, con cordones en contraste, están hechos en cuero, con suela antiderrapante. 65.58€ aprox.

¿Por qué evitar el "glutamato monosódico"?...Why avoing the consumption of "monosodium glutamate"?

Uno de los peores hábitos alimenticios es el consumo de alimentos ya preparados o precocinados.

Entre los muchos aditivos químicos en nuestros alimentos se encuentra el glutamato monosódico (GMS). El glutamato monosódico es un aminoácido indispensable para el organismo, que interviene en diferentes funciones neuroendocrinas; una de ellas, regular las sensaciones de apetito y saciedad.

El glutamato monosódico, según pruebas en animales, puede llegar a producir un apetito voraz (en concreto un 40 % superior) y ello conlleva que cuando comemos alimentos que lo contienen (aperitivos, salchichas, patatas fritas, snacks, etc.) tengamos la sensación de no poder parar. Este aspecto puede favorecer la obesidad ya que además hablamos de alimentos ricos en grasas y calorías, según los estudios realizados en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Aunque varios organismos oficiales han declarado al GMS o E-621 como inocuo, el aumento de la voracidad que provoca está también relacionado con el incremento de obesidad en la población.

One of the worst eating habits is the consumption of precooked food.

Among the many chemical additives in our food, we can find the monosodium glutamate (MSG). Monosodium Glutamate is an essential aminoacid for the organism, which is involved in different neuroendocrine functions; one of it is to regulate appetite and satiety sensations.

MSG, according to animal tests, can produce a voracious appetite sensation (particularly 40% higher) and this implies that when we eat foods that contain it (snacks, sausages, chips, snacks, etc.) we have the feeling of failing to stop. This aspect may promote obesity as we talk about high in fat foods and calories, according to research conducted at the Complutense University of Madrid.

Although several government agencies have declared the GMS or E-621 as safe, increasing the greed that causes is also related to the increase in obesity in the population.

Marzo

Llega el sol, se abren las flores, las mariposas vuelan, los gimnasios se llenan para preparar los cuerpos en la ansiada espera del verano y solo falta que bambi salga para que empecemos de lleno la  primavera. Marzo, es un mes que me encanta por que me dio a la persona mas importante de la vida, que aunque cada año se aleja mas de ser esa pequeña niña de enormes ojos y pestañas, siempre me arranca risas y sorpresas.

Nos guste o no, se acabaron las rebajas, es momento de conocer las nuevas colecciones; nos espera ropa mas colorida y ligera, los entretiempos dan mucho juego para ser creativos, esta temporada es ideal para salir a tomar el sol, disfrutar de una taza de café en una terraza con un buen libro.

A los deportistas, os podéis apuntar a a la #streetRun de Rexona, que este mes estará en Madrid y Oviedo, y dicen por ahí, que es una gran experiencia. Para los que quieran hacer contacto con la naturaleza, este mes es perfecto para el senderismo y la bicicleta.

Comes the sun, the flowers bloom, butterflies fly, gyms are filled to prepare the bodies in the desired and expected summer and just need see bambi out for start a full spring seasson. March is a month that I love, march gave me the most important person of life, although more each year away from being that little girl with huge eyes and eyelashes, She always steals laughs and surprises.

Like it or not, the sales are over, it's time to learn about new collections; await for more colorful and light clothes meadle seasson get much game to be creative, this season is ideal for enjoy the sun, have a cup of coffee on a terrace with a good book.

For the sportys, you guys can participate on #streetRun by Rexona, this month will be in Madrid and Oviedo, and people say, it's a great experience. For those who want to make contact with nature, this month is perfect for hiking and cycling.

De Rocker y a la calle!

Ya vamos diciendo adiós al invierno y hola a los días soleados, es por eso, que hoy me despierto positivo y con ganas de dar batalla. Hoy quiero tener una actitud desenfada e irreverente, así que es el día de sacar las gafas de sol y el peinado a lo James Dean.

Para el look de hoy; vaqueros de corte slim,  de efecto desgastado, acompañados de una camiseta blanca, totalmente lisa, de cuello V. La pieza central una chaqueta estilo motorista, cruzada, con cremallera al frente, de color negro.

El calzado; unas botas deportivas en color blanco, para completar esa imagen despreocupada. Los accesorios; gafas de sol, de cristales ahumados en negro, reloj de caja circular y correa en negro. Y por ultimo una cadena con cruz en plata, el toque perfecto para el estilo rocker.

We're saying goodbye to winter and hello to sunny days, which is why, today I woke up positive and eager to do battle. Today I have a carefree and irreverent attitude, so, today is the day to go out whit sunglasses and James Dean hair style.

For the look of today; slim cut jeans, worn effect, accompanied by a white shirt, completely smooth, V neck style. The centerpiece biker style jacket, cross, zipper front, in black.

Footwear; a sneaker boots in white, to complete that carefree image. Accessories; sunglasses, black smoked glass, circular box watch and strap in black. And finally a chain with cross in silver, perfect for the rocker style touch.
